How We Work & Delivery Options

1. Our Consignment Process

We partner with select private sellers to showcase premium antique pieces and collectables. When you list your item on consignment:

• We verify authenticity, historical era, condition, and origin before accepting any piece.
• Listing prices are mutually agreed upon based on catalog valuations and market conditions.
• Our commission (percentage or fixed price) is set out in writing before the item is cataloged.
• Payouts are processed within 7 business days after the item is delivered and payment has cleared.

2. Delivery Policy (Local & Overseas)

Antiques require specialised packing, crating, and handling. Delivery charges are custom-factored for each sale based on:

• The physical dimensions, weight, and fragility of the purchased piece.
• Your exact physical location (Local or Overseas).
• Required customs, duties, and transport insurance.

3. Personalised Quotation & Billing

To secure a piece with delivery included:

1. Submit an enquiry or request checkout on the catalogue detail page.
2. Our administration team will draft a personalised Quote incorporating custom delivery fees and exact lead times.
3. Upon your approval, the estimate is converted to a Proforma Invoice to secure bank payment.
4. Once bank receipt is verified, the item status updates to sold and delivery dispatch commences.
